About Travel KOL Celia Cheng (C人)
Celia Cheng is the first female travel photographer and writer from Hong Kong to explore the three poles and all seven continents. Having travelled to Antarctica twice and Iceland nine times, she has published 19 travel photography books. Celia designs unique travel experiences, organises large-scale exhibitions, serves as a judge for Canon and DC Fever photography competitions and works with Hong Kong local brands for creative products.
In mid-2024, Celia relocated to the UK to embark on new projects in travel and photography, connecting with travellers and photography enthusiasts through her photos and stories. Celia will personally provide commentary on this tour, ensuring participants enjoy a truly unforgettable experience.

Tour Costs & Payment Details
- Price: £4780.00 per person (based on twin-room occupancy; single-room supplement: £640.00)
- A 50% deposit is required by 5 January 2025 to confirm participation. If the minimum group size is not met, all deposits will be fully refunded via bank transfer or to the relevant credit/debit card account.
- The remaining 50% payment is due by 11 January 2025. Failure to pay on time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Participants must arrange their own flights to/from Peru, between Peru and Bolivia, and onwards from Bolivia. Once the tour is confirmed, participants are advised to purchase flights immediately. If flights between Peru and Bolivia sell out before confirmation, the tour will be cancelled, and all payments will be refunded.

Day 1, 7 April: Arrival in Cusco – Acclimatisation to High Altitude
Guests arrive in Cusco, Peru, located at an altitude of 3,400 metres. After settling into the hotel and taking some rest, there will be a scheduled briefing about the journey. Cusco, the former capital of the Inca Empire, is a cultural hub in the Peruvian Andes. On the first day, guests can acclimatise to the
high-altitude climate while leisurely exploring nearby shops, restaurants, churches, and Spanish colonial buildings. Whether admiring the stunning mountain-town architecture, enjoying coffee on a second-floor terrace overlooking the iconic Plaza de Armas, or absorbing the deep historical and colonial atmosphere, visitors will understand why Cusco is a favourite destination for travellers. Day 2, 8 April: Bolivian Visa Processing & Cusco City Tour
Spend the day exploring the historic city of Cusco, including the Temple of the Sun, Plaza de Armas, and the Inca stone walls with their seamless masonry. Wander through bustling local markets offering a variety of goods, from Andean pink salt and spices to Peruvian-style knit hats and woven bags—perfect for souvenirs. The day will also include a visit to the Bolivian Consulate to process visas, ensuring smooth preparation for the upcoming journey. Hotel accommodation: San Agustin International Hotel or equivalent.
Day 3, 9 April: Sacred Valley Tour & Train to Aguas Calientes
The Sacred Valley is renowned for its breathtaking natural scenery and Inca ruins. Visit the ancient site of Ollantaytambo and marvel at the grand architecture that reflects the grandeur of the Inca civilisation. This day serves as a warm-up before heading to the “City in the Sky.” Guests will also explore the agricultural terraces at Moray and Maras. Day 5, 11 April: Visit to an Indigenous Community

Day 6, 12 April: Bus Journey from Cusco to Puno
Travel by tourist coach from Cusco to Puno. Upon arrival, guests can rest and prepare for the next day’s exploration of Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable freshwater lake in the world. Hotel accommodation: Casa Andina Standard Hotel or equivalent.
Day 7, 13 April: Reed Boat Tour on Lake Titicaca
Embark on a unique adventure on Lake Titicaca, situated at 3,800 metres above sea level. Day 8, 14 April: Journey from Puno to La Paz

Day 12, 18 April: La Paz City Tour – Evening Departure
Take a city tour of La Paz, including a visit to Valle de la Luna (Moon Valley). Enjoy a cable car ride for a panoramic view of the city from a unique perspective. Admire the striking landscape of this high-altitude city before departing on an evening flight, marking the end of an unforgettable South American adventure.

Registration Notice

The total tour cost per person is £4,780 (excluding airfare). A 50% deposit of £2,390 per person must be paid upon registration, although full payment is also acceptable. The remaining 50% balance must be settled by 11 January 2025. Late payments will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which will not be refunded.

Participants will be notified of the group confirmation status by 6 January 2025. It is recommended to purchase airline tickets only after receiving this notification. Participants must arrive in Cusco, Departure: 7 April 2025.
Cancellation Policy
- If the minimum number of participants for the tour is not met, the company will notify customers by 6 January 2025. Any fees paid will be refunded via bank transfer or to the relevant credit/debit card account.

Should the tour be canceled due to “force majeure” (including war, political instability, natural disasters, epidemics, severe weather, technical issues with transport, schedule changes by carriers, strikes, industrial action, government travel advisories, or similar uncontrollable events), participants will be informed at least 14 days prior to departure. Fees will be refunded after deducting a £100 handling charge and any non-refundable transportation cancellation fees.

For customer-initiated cancellations, the following charges apply:
- 90 days or more before departure: Full deposit
- 30–89 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total cost
- 14 days or less: 100% of the total cost

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants.
Yellow Fever Vaccination

As per WHO regulations, travelers to Bolivia must receive a Yellow Fever vaccination and present a valid certificate. Vaccination appointments may take time, so it is recommended to schedule vaccinations well in advance (no less than 10 weeks before departure).

If a participant cannot receive the vaccine for medical reasons, a certificate from a recognized healthcare authority must be provided.

Refunds are not available for participants unable to join due to vaccine requirements.

Failure to present the vaccination certificate may result in denied entry to Bolivia or other travel disruptions, for which the company is not responsible. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the participant, and no compensation will be provided for incomplete travel arrangements.
