London– £268 Ticket with Shuttle Bus Package

Terms and Conditions:

1. Seats for concert tickets are assigned by Orientouch Entertainment and are allocated by random. Seats may be arranged in odd numbers or non-connecting seats, and the audience’s view of a small number of seats may be partially blocked. Ticket purchasers must accept the assigned seat arrangement.
2. All package tickets sold are non-cancellable, refundable or exchangeable. Fees paid (including but not limited to concert ticket prices, transportation fares, handling fees, taxes, facility fees and insurance) are not refundable under any circumstances.
3. Electronic concert tickets will be sent to your registered email address in the system or before Mar 10. Under unforeseen circumstances, Prodeep Travel reserves the right to distribute tickets via other methods.
4. Purchasers should ensure that the information submitted is correct when purchasing tickets. Prodeep Travel will not assume any responsibility for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
5. The concert seating area/number obtained by Prodeep Travel is allocated by the concert organiser Quantities available while supplies last.
6. Each ticket can only be used by one person. There is no age limit for this concert, but infants and toddlers aged 18 months or above must hold a ticket, and persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or above to enter the concert venue. All persons under the age of 14 not so accompanied will be refused entry to the concert venue and will not receive any compensation or refund. 7. Purchasers shall be bound by the terms of use, service terms and conditions and/or other applicable terms and conditions specified by the concert organiser.
8. If any concert tickets are lost, defaced, damaged or stolen, the organiser and Prodeep Travel will not reissue or replace the concert tickets and will not assume any responsibility. If refunds or other arrangements need to be made due to the delay or cancellation of the concert by the concert organiser, the organiser and Prodeep Travel reserve the right to require purchasers who have successfully purchased tickets to present relevant valid and complete original tickets, and reserves the right to refuse to make relevant arrangements for ticket holders who fail to meet the requirements.
9. Prodeep Travel will shuttle ticket-holding customers from designated boarding and drop-off locations in each city. However, under unforeseen circumstances or any other situations, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic conditions, government regulations, etc., Prodeep Travel reserves the right to make changes at any time.
10. The shuttle bus will not wait beyond its scheduled departure time. If purchasers fail to board at the designated time and location in their respective city, they must arrange their own transportation. The fees paid will not be refunded.
11. If guests fail to board the shuttle bus at the designated location within 30 minutes after the concert ends, it will be considered as forfeiting the shuttle ride back to the respective city be considered as forfeited.
