If a designated number of participants book by the specified date (15th February 2025), the coach transfer will be confirmed. If the group cannot be formed, we will refund the full payment.

  1. Under no circumstances can any purchased group shuttle service tickets be cancelled before the specified deadline for group purchases.
  2. If Prodeep Travel announces that the group purchase cannot be formed on the specified deadline, all payments will be refunded within 7 days after the specified deadline. Customers must provide a bank account for the refund.
  3. Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, all Prodeep Travel group travel shuttle bus tickets announced as formed before or on the specified deadline for group purchases cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. Any fees paid (including but not limited to fares, handling fees, taxes, facility fees, and insurance fees) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  4. Purchasers should ensure that the information submitted is correct when purchasing tickets. Prodeep Travel will not assume any responsibility for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  5. Prodeep Travel will shuttle ticket-holding customers from designated boarding and drop-off locations in each city. However, under unforeseen circumstances or any other situations, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic conditions, government regulations, etc., Prodeep Travel reserves the right to make changes at any time.
  6. The shuttle bus will not wait beyond its scheduled departure time. If guests fail to board at the designated time and location in their respective city, they must arrange their own transportation. The fees paid will not be refunded.
  7. If guests fail to board the shuttle bus at the designated location within 30 minutes after the concert ends, the shuttle ride back to the respective city be considered as forfeited. The fees paid will not be refunded.
  8. In case of any disputes regarding the sale of shuttle bus tickets, Prodeep Travel reserves the right to make the final decision.
  9. he exclusive fan items are designed and produced by fans unaffiliated with Prodeep Travel. Prodeep Travel holds no responsibility for the fan items. If the items cannot be delivered to passengers before the return coach departs after the concert, and passengers are unable to receive the items for any reason, Prodeep Travel shall not provide any compensation. Prodeep Travel cannot guarantee that the fan items comply with local legal standards or have proper authorisation. Passengers cannot hold Prodeep Travel liable for any issues related to the fan items. All transactions involving fan items are private arrangements among fans and are not associated with Prodeep Travel.
